研究方向:

基于电、声调制的无机功能固体。具体内容包括:

(1)低维固体的表征及特殊电子态与本征物性的构效关系

(2)去耦合优化热电性能的新途径

(3)基于光、磁、电、热等智能响应的无机功能材料及其机敏特性控制

(4)基于纳米结构的高效柔性能量存储与转换器件

(5)基于纳米结构的CO2富集和转换的光催化剂

 

在研项目:

(1)国家基金委大科学联合基金重点项目 (2015-2019):超薄二维半导体光解水微观机理的原位同步辐射研究

(2)国家基金委重点项目 (2014-2018):半导体原子级厚二维晶体的制备、组装、能级调控及光解水应用

1996年11月起为中国科学技术大学化学系副教授

1997年09月-1998年07月美国纽约州立大学石溪分校化学系博士后

1998年11月获国家杰出青年基金

1998年11月起为中国科学技术大学化学系教授

1999年04月起中国科学技术大学无机化学博士生导师

2000年10月入选教育部第三批长江特聘教授

2004年01月-2009年12月,国家基金委创新群体基金学术带头人
