Postdoc Position Advertisement of Prof. Deqing Zhang from ICCAS
职位详情：中国科学院化学研究所有机固体实验室张德清研究员课题组招聘博士后1-2名，从事有机共轭光电功能材料的设计合成与应用研究，具体是分子和大分子的设计合成、半导体性能及其生物传感方面的应用等。
导师与课题组介绍：
中国科学院化学研究所位于北京市，是国际著名化学研究机构，研究论文发表世界领先。
张德清研究员于1996年10月在德国海德堡大学获得博士学位并加入化学所。2002年获得国家杰出青年基金，2005年获得政府特殊津贴，2008年入选国家新世纪百千万人才工程，并获得国家自然科学二等奖，2010年获全国优秀科技工作者荣誉称号。现任化学所博士生导师，中国科学院有机固体重点实验室副主任，中国科学院化学研究所所长。担任ACS Omega期刊共同主编，《科学通报》、《中国科学-化学》期刊编委，Adv. Mater.,Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Sci.期刊的顾问编委。近年来，在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater.等重要国际学术期刊上发表论文350余篇。
该课题组从事功能分子的设计、合成、组装及其性质的研究。在新型分子开关、逻辑器件以及化学／生物传感器方面应用，磁性LB膜的研究等方面取得一系列创新成果。基于酰胺单元（BPD、NDI、DPP等）构筑了一系列有机共轭给受体小分子及聚合物，获得了一系列高迁移率p-型、n-型及双极性半导体材料。
岗位要求：
1．在有机合成、高分子化学、材料化学等领域有一定的工作基础，具有较好的有机合成功底，有材料、器件物理研究经验者优先；
2．热爱科研、勤奋努力，有良好的团队合作精神及较强的文献阅读和中英文写作能力；
3．年龄35周岁以下，博士后期间需全时工作，不得兼职。
待遇：
按照中国科学院及化学所相关规定执行。博士后按化学所规定安排博士后公寓，工资10-15万。课题组将协助申请博士后基金等。

Postdoc Position Advertisement of Prof. Deqing Zhang from ICCAS
Position introduction:
1-2 postdoc positions are now available from Prof. Deqing Zhang’s group in Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICCAS).The applicants will do the research of “design and synthesis of new organic conjugated opto-electronic materials and study of their applications”, especially the synthesis of small molecules and polymers, their applications as semiconductors and bio-sensors.
About Deqing Zhang’s Group:
ICCAS, located in Beijing, China, is one of the international topping research institutes of chemistry, with top-ranking publications in the world.
Prof. Deqing Zhang obtained his PhD from University of Heidelberg in 1996 and worked as research scientist in ICCAS from then. He obtained the China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists in 2008 and the New Centuary National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project in 2010. Now he is the director of ICCAS. He is one of the deputy editor of ACS Ogema and editorial board member of Adv. Mater.,Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Sci.. he has published more than 350 papers.
Prof. Zhang’s research interests include the design, synthesis, assembly study and device fabrication of organic functional materials.
A lot of innovative research has been done in new molecule switch, logic gate and bio-sensors. A series of organic donor-acceptor molecules and polymers based on imide skeletons (BPD,NDI,DPP) have been synthesized and applied as semiconductors in high mobility organic field effect transistors.
Position Requirements:
1. One should have the research background of organic chemistry, polymer chemistry or material chemistry and have excellent-training in organic synthesis. Experience in device physics will be helpful.
2. Interests in the titled research, team spirit and solid ability in literature reading and paper writhing are needed.
3. The applicant should be younger than 35 years old and work as full-time staff.
Salary and treatment:
Based on the rule of ICCAS and CAS, the postdoc will be payed 100000 to 150000 RMB per year and be provided the apartment. The research group will help you to apply the postdoc foundation.
