本次招聘是深圳大学与英国卡迪夫大学化合物半导体中心联合招聘，博后工作的第一年将会以访问学者的方式去英国进行学习，后续第二年的情况视签证情况来看是否能继续在英国或者回来深大工作。
以下是英国卡迪夫大学及相关导师的介绍情况：
The Compound Semiconductors Sêr Cymru Research Group, leading by Professor Diana Huffaker, based in the School of Physics and Astronomy, targets integrated and functional device platforms to merge optoelectronic devices with nanostructures, metamaterials and plasmonics.
The group has a comprehensive research capability, including two molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and one metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) machine that are capable of growth III-(As, Sb, N) materials and state-of-art device fabrication and characterization facilities.

Dr Shiyu Xie received the B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2007, and the Ph.D degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University of Sheffield, UK, in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, she was with Huawei Corporation as a Research Engineer leading a team to develop high performance silicon based photonic integrated circuits. In 2014, she returned to Sheffield as a Postdoctoral fellow working on next generation avalanche photodiodes. From 2016, she joined School of Physics and Astronomy, Cardiff University funded by European Horizon 2020 Programme to establish a platform for high performance planar and nanowire sensors. Dr Xie is an author or co-author of over 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals (including Nature Scientific Reports, OE, OL, IEEE JQE, TED) and conference papers (IEEE Photonics, CSW, ACP), and 5 Chinese and international patents. She has received a number of prize and research awards, including Huawei Golden Network Prize and Huawei Hisilicon Research Fund, European Regional Fund, UK Royal Society Fund and Studentship Award from Chinese Scholarship Council.
三、应聘条件
1.半导体材料、器件、物理、化学等相关领域都可以申请；
2.已获得博士学位或已取得被授予博士学位的资格；
3.有较强的英语阅读能力和英语写作能力；
4.应聘者应具有较强的理论与相应专业背景；
5.博士期间在国际知名期刊发表SCI索引论文1篇以上；
6.年龄应在35岁以下，博士毕业不超过3年
四、待遇
1.深圳大学提供每年 8.4万 元生活津贴，按月发放（税前每月7000）；
2.深圳市津贴 12万元/年（税后，开题报告及中期考核之后分别申请）；税后
3.每月发放 2240元 房补（共2年）；
4.每月200元误餐补贴，每年发放10个月；
5.导师每月发放不少于2000元科研津贴；
6.入站奖励2000元每月（共2年），需满足下列条件：
(1)进站时为33周岁以下，获得博士学位在1年以内；
(2)泰晤士高等教育世界大学前200名高校毕业 或者 在博士期间发表3篇JCR二区以上学术论文；
7.根据发表论文档次给与相应奖励；
8.支持以项目负责人身份申请各级科研项目：国家青年基金、中国博士后基金、深圳市项目（最高300万元）
9.按深圳市政府有关规定，对出站后留深工作者给予10万元科研启动经费；符合深圳市后备级人才条件的可以获得80万元的住房补贴。
10.博士后人员进站，可自愿选择落户深圳市。选择落户深圳市的，其配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户。博士后子女入托、入学等按深圳市相关条例执行。
11.也可按深圳大学讲师标准安排周转房或提供低于市场价的人才房源。
12.表现优秀者出站后可通过公开招聘在深大工作。
